Villa Anyar
The largest villa on the estate has beautiful mature gardens, a large pool with a spacious deck and bale, indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and four stylish, light-filled bedrooms. The luxury Bali villa is laid out on three floors. On the ground floor a self-contained kitchen, one king-size bedroom, a living area and an elegant garden bathroom can be enclosed to create a private apartment. This leads out through folding glass doors to a terrace that wraps around the house and features a barbecue area and a pool table.

Upstairs another large terrace offers fantastic views of the surrounding rice fields, the garden and pool. The outdoor dining area leads from an open kitchen where a cook offers full time catering or guests can enjoy preparing their own meals. A spacious lounge area surrounded by folding glass doors can be left open to the fresh breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Choose from a large library of movies and watch on the flat screen TV, sinking into deeply cushioned sofas.

This luxury six bedroom property has been created with meticulous attention to detail and can comfortably accommodate the needs of up to 12 adult guests. Access into the villa is via a paved laneway set back from the street to ensure complete privacy. An unimposing entrance gate opens up to reveal a spacious garden environment with a waterway running the entire length. Towering palms and indigenous flora have been planted randomly and are surrounded by manicured lawn. The property is literally divided through the middle by a free standing structure that integrates a high-tech gourmet kitchen and breakfast alcove, bar, dining and living environment. This contemporary Asian-influenced villa provides an open-air lodging from which to escape the bustle of downtown and retire into one’s own private world. A traditional village of Banjar Padang and paddy fields are framing the access ways to Villa Baliku.

The villa was carefully designed in minimalist modern, accented with touches of Balinese elements and selective usage of natural materials. Two semi-separate buildings constitute the main living areas of the villa, separated by an open lawn and swimming pool, and natural Palimanan tiled walkways.

The main building consists of a living area, dining area for 6 people and a kitchen. The living area is adjoining with the master bedroom with a large private en-suite bathroom. The design is dedicated to have true tropical living experience, maximizing enjoyment of soothing breeze against the burning sun.

A cute dining terrace is located to the far left of the structure, allows the guest to have an easy and nice breakfast by the pool. The second bedroom and third bedroom, each one with large en-suite bathroom, are situated in the second building. All the bedrooms features queen-sized bed, are airconditioned,and can be opened up by sliding glass doors if fresh air is desired.

The living room provides the center point of Villa Bali Bali Two. Upstairs is a loft that serves as the audiovisual room. The living room is decorated in antiques from around the archipelago and featuring walls done in stone with wood detailing, it’s a place to entertain or merely relax. Floored in local sandstone, opening onto the garden and pool on one side and the dining room, that seats six, and a modern kitchen on the other, everything that one needs seems to be only steps away.

Local fabrics in earth tones adorn the villa, blending in well with the predominantly wood furniture, serving as a reminder of how important the soil is to the culture of Bali.

A Balinese shrine stands to one side of the swimming pool and looks down the large lawn that contains a bale for relaxing or massages. The villa is positioned to look out on to some of Bali’s world famous rice field terraces. Next to the villa, the swimming pool possesses an avant-garde design and a wooden deck running down one side.

Walking to the villa from the private driveway, guests are greeted by a charming statue of Saraswati, the Balinese Goddess of science and literature. Descending teak steps lead to the comfortable living space, with smart corner sofas set amidst a myriad of tribal decorations from across the Indonesian archipelago.

A mezzanine lounge has a built-in sofa, the perfect place to curl up with a book or to examine the underside of the complex roof, consisting of overlapping structures defining the boundaries of each room. Guests can also enjoy some audio-visual entertainment from the VCD, Stereo and TV center.

Tucked away on the left of the living space is the formal dining area. Built at a sunken level, the garden lawn rises to meet the top of a low open wall at the far end, level with the eight-seat teak dining table. An antique carved wooden screen separates the sleek modern kitchen and a skylit triangular-roofed corridor, decorated with an eye-catching showcase of mounted natural stones, leads to the bedrooms.

The delightful master bedroom has a mosquito-canopied king-sized four-poster bed and beautiful wall hangings of Balinese fabrics. Villa Surya Damai has been designed such that views of the stunning surroundings can be enjoyed from every room, and the entire villa is decorated with the highest quality furnishings available. The structure is laid out around a central living area for all to enjoy, with sufficient additional living spaces to allow privacy whenever needed. The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living room that leads to a large pool deck upon which rest 6 sun-loungers and umbrellas to suit. Relax here or plunge into the expansive 18-meter swimming pool. Afterwards, take advantage of one of the more unique highlights to this property: the championship tennis court (hard-court surface).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master suite consists of a bedroom, bathroom, air-conditioned sitting room, and two verandahs. Also featured is a principal guest suite, and three further bedrooms, each with their own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathrooms with outdoor showers and gardens. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Two of the rooms contain king-sized beds, one has a queen-sized and the remaining two rooms have oversized twin singles. Guests staying at Villa M will receive a privileged insight into rural Bali, yet the property is only ten minutes’ drive from the shops, nightlife, spas, and internationally acclaimed restaurants of Seminyak. The sweeping Seminyak Beach is renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets. Neighbouring sport and leisure facilities include The Canggu Club, offering a state-of-the art gym, a 25 metre swimming pool and a tennis & squash centre. The Umalas Riding Stables is less than just two kilometres away, and the famous Nirwana Golf Course is just twenty minutes’ drive. Convenient for all of Kuta’s main shopping malls, and the island’s many tourist attractions, the villa is thirty minutes’ drive from Bali’s International Airport.

The approach to Villa M is through the Balinese village of Umalas, the narrow country lane then winds through the rice fields for another two kilometres before reaching the main entrance and reception pavilion via a large courtyard with a sizeable parking area.

The expansive gardens, created by landscape designer Anto Kusnanto, are planted with sweet scented flowers and trees, and presided over by a large relaxation gazebo with a daybed. The spacious lawns offer an ideal setting for parties, weddings and dance performances.

3-BEDROOM VILLA

Sitting and Dining room
The air-conditioned sitting and dining room features a solid wood floor and sliding glass doors on two sides, with direct access to the swimming pool and pool deck. There is a well equipped open plan kitchen, a large dining table for eight, comfortable sofas and chairs, and a satellite TV, DVD player and sound system. A guest washroom is located to one side, and a large wooden statue of a Balinese goddess rests within an alcove.

Viewing Sitting Room (2nd Floor)
Timber clad stairs lead from the downstairs living area up to an open air deck sheltered by a thatched roof. This cool and breezy upstairs sitting room offers breathtaking views, and is furnished with daybeds and a low coffee table. Open on two sides, blinds can be dropped for privacy. There is also the provision of ceiling fans.

Study
A small self contained study on ground level features windows on two sides and a wall of bookshelves stocked with books, ornaments and local artefacts. The study is furnished with a desk and a chair, and equipped with Broadband Internet connection.

Bedrooms
The three ground level bedrooms feature bengkirai wood floors, dark wooden furnishings, king size beds and fitted wardrobes under soaring roofs. Sitting and Dining Room
The sitting and dining room is a single storey, air-conditioned building with a high roof. It is elegantly furnished with a solid wood circular dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, ottomans and a coffee table, and equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system. Colourful artwork adorns the fresh white walls, and the provision of three sliding glass doors ensures that guests can fully appreciate the captivating view and the cool breezes. The well-equipped open plan kitchen is incorporated at the far end, featuring cream terrazzo worktops, a serving area, and dark wood units.

Bedroom
The ground level air-conditioned bedroom offers direct access to the pool, and is characterised by a timber floor, dark wooden furnishings and a king size, canopied bed under a soaring roof. There is a flat screen, LCD satellite TV mounted on the wall, complete with DVD player and quality sound system. Three floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out into the garden. The compound is composed of four separate buildings:

One Staff area (140 m2)
Located at the entrance in an original Javanese Joglo, with huge kitchen, laundry and maintenance. The extra large kitchen can be used for catering or dinner party.

The main house (around 400 m2)
In this house is located a spacious leaving area, and the dining terrace, overlooking the rice fields, with an extra kitchen and a bar. The floor is made of wood and the walls covered by tinted cement and terrazzo.

The three bedrooms are air conditioned and decorated in its own style. The master bedroom located upstairs is around 60 m2. The two bathrooms have an open-air garden, and one has a Jacuzzi.

The guest bungalow (around 80 m2)
Completely independent from the main house, with its large bedroom and lounge, and its open-air bathroom, it offers a perfect hide away for a couple or one family, with its extra bed downstairs, which can accommodate a child, as well as being accommodated like a sofa. The bathroom has its own garden and terrazzo bathtub.

The antique Aceh house (100 m2)
In this building overlooking the rice fields and the pool is located a huge suite upstairs, with a lounge and unsuited child room, all with an amazing view. Downstairs is located a bathroom dedicated to the user, and an amazing resting place on a wooden deck, with swings, lazy chairs and sofa. Once a gain a completely different space, independent from the rest of the house, which can accommodate a whole family.

The garden
The very large garden (4300 m2) is nesting different resting area, including a Beautiful Balinese Bale Gede, a Javanese Bale by the swimming pool, trampoline in the shade for children, and swings. Huge trees and flowers, large lotus pound.

Staff and service
Our staff (9 persons full time) is very efficient and provides a full service, seven days, including shopping meal preparation and service, until 10 PM, and laundry for our guest with no extra charge. Most of the women speaks English and understands French. They know any shopping place. The cooking is fine, including French, Thai, Japanese and Italian specialities. We also provide security at night. Dry clean is available, with an extra charge. Larger dinner parties can be arranged on request, as well as baby-sitting with an extra charge.

Native stone and hardwoods are the key structural elements of this villa, showcased throughout is a careful attention to detail and a modern flair.

The Style
The style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design and local materials.
